Following an intense competition with around 1600 applicants, the Ministry of Justice have appointed Trevor Meegan as a fee paid tribunal judge.
Charles Hamer prosecutes man who drove at two soldiers
A man who deliberately drove his car at two soldiers has been convicted of causing greivious bodily harm with intent.
The defendant's case was that he lost control of his vehicle by accident. However, the prosecution said the defendant deliberately targetted the men in a revenge attack. A jury convicted the defendant and he is awaiting sentence.
