Siobhan Collins appears in attempted murder case

Siobhan Collins prosecuted a man who broke into a residential facility for older people, where he bludgeoned a disabled man to the head with a hammer. The case was heard at Stafford Crown Court. The issue at trial was insanity.

Siobhan also recently appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court for the prosecution of a woman who flicked her blood at bailiffs. The defendant was HIV positive and the issue at trial was whether the blood was capable of being a noxious substance.
