Care Home Worker Cleared of Sexual Assaults
A Senior Support worker at a care home for residents with disabilities has been cleared of four sexual assaults.
Jabeen Akhtar represented Mr R who was accused of sexually assaulting two juniour colleagues. The case required detailed and careful cross-examination of the prosecution witnesses. During the trial, further allegations of witness intimidation were made.
After hearing all the evidence, the jury unanimously found Mr R not guilty of all offences.
