  • News

Charles Hamer was appointed by Worcester Crown Court to cross-examine two complainants on behalf of a man who was representing himself.

The defendant, a serving prisoner, was charged with threatening to kill two female governors at prison. He claimed that the complainants were conspiring to prevent him from having a parole hearing.

The defendant was acquitted by the jury on all counts.
