Please avoid contacting us by post or DX. Wherever possible send materials electronically at firstname.lastname@example.org. If essential materials are sent by post or dx please inform us by e mail – this will enable us to keep staff required for handling hard copies to a minimum, and we will be aware there is DX to be collected.
All reasonable care is being taken to anticipate the challenges that will inevitably arise over the coming weeks. Whilst we have done what seems most appropriate for the present arrangements may well have to change in the future. We appreciate this is a difficult time for all. We can assure you that we are taking every possible measure to provide the most effective service we can in these unprecedented times.
