Details of practice
Lee only accepts instructions in defence work. He defends in a wide variety of criminal matters at Crown Court and appellate level: murder / manslaughter, armed robbery and other offences involving firearms, rape and other serious sexual offences, drugs importation and supply, dishonesty of all kinds. Particular expertise in dealing with young or vulnerable defendants.
Court’s martial:
Extensive experience of Courts martial at first instance and appellate level (Court of Appeal Courts Martial Division), involving servicemen from both Army and RAF: various charges, including those arising from assaults between servicemen, and from alleged bullying of recruits by higher ranks.
