The boys won’t be home with their families and sweethearts over Christmas but will remain training in Val d’Isere where they have been since the beginning of December after returning from a short tour in Oman. The Regiment is based at Tern Hill in Shropshire. Our hearts go out to this ‘happy few’ remaining resolute in the ice and snow so that we may all sleep safe in our beds.
And so as Tiny Tim observed god bless them, every one.
