A decision by a County Council to issue a noise abatement notice in respect of a large factory was judicially reviewed.
Following advice to the County Council and drafting the detailed acknowledgment of service at short notice, the application for judicial review failed even to get past the permission stage.
The Administrative Court ordered the payment of the County Council’s costs in full.
